Thank You. For all the joy, laughter, anger and sorrows shared throughout this month.
Though you guys are a bunch of notorious and infamous "brats",
but i'm sure i'm gonna miss your nonsense!
Thank you for bringing me a taste of satisfaction as a teacher,
thank you so much for making me YOUNG once again.
Yes, i do roar at some of you, i do scream at certain times,
but i know all these are worthwhile. Sorry if i've been harshed on you,
i only had the heart to mean well =)
Boys and girls, this is not the end but the start of the beginning!
Learn to accept others, learn to love and learn to live in harmony and remember,
don't forget your self-control!
You gave me hope, you gave me strength
and the drive to love teaching.
Yes, i wanted to curse you rascals badly
when you guys made me weep horribly in the heart,
but i gave in when i see all of you putting your little heads down and attempting my maths questions.
I gave it all in when you guys came to me
and hunt me down for maths solutions.
I gave in when my heart melted with Ben's wonderful
anime drawing with Ms Doreen's name on it.
I gave it all in when Chee Siang requested for extra maths remedial.
I gave in when Renz opened his mouth and started talking to me.
I gave in when Tang Shi softened down during our talk.
I gave it all in when i had a talk with my girls - Pam, Jaceline and Qiu Yun.
I gave in when i saw Insyirah became so persistent on wanting to improve.
I gave in when Brian started to pay attention in class.
I gave in when my cute malay boys chatter and yank about maths solutions.
I gave in when Yao Ting, Benjiamin and Tang Shi apologised after realising their mistakes.
I gave in when Madeleine, Jasmine and Insyirah looked for me after school to coach them maths.
I gave in when Brandon, Aphichet, Ryan turned up for maths remedial.
I gave in when Wesley and Jun Hao tried their best during the Maths test despite me giving clues in the process.
I gave in when Marcus tried his best not to make mistakes in my homework.
I gave in when Vivien consistently does her corrections without fail.
I gave in when i see quiet boy TongJun opening up in class and smiling.
I gave in when SHi Hui really starts putting effort in her work.
I gave in when Pei Yan smile instead of argueing when i suaned her.
I gave in when Hui Yun always flood me with crazy Kumon maths questions.
I gave in when Swee Jin consistently chatter and chatter in class but he still finishes his work.
I gave in when Douglas never fails to score full marks for his assignments.
I gave in when Kok Wee flashes that cheeky boy smile at me and i know he is not up to any good :P.
I gave in when Johnson and Chairat came to staff room to look for me and console me when i was on the verge of giving up.
I gave in when Johnathan always shows his Singaporean Kiasu behaviour of wanting me to mark his papers!
I gave in when disinterested Wei Xiang improved and tried to listen in class.
I gave in when Eileen always tries to help maintain class discipline and shout :"KEEP QUIET" for me! HAHa. I gave in when Lynette actually encouraged me in my blog and even blogged about me in 1A blog! LOL
Lastly, this is how this kids made me gave in. Yes, they maybe young, ignorant,childish, mischevious and highly destructive. But, that's how impactful they are afterall to make Ms Siao give in 41 times. I don't mind giving in for them, because i love them =)
